Królewski rydwan / The Royal Chariot

Skończyłem Królewski Rydwan i tym samym dałem mojej armii perskiej większą siłę ataku. Szczególnie przeciwko ciężkiej piechocie. Królewski Rydwan zastąpi element kawalerii z generałem (patrz artykuł "Huvaka").

Wybrałem paletę kolorów będąc pod wpływem starożytnej rzymskiej mozaiki przedstawiającej bitwę pod Issos bądź Gaugamelą. Obraz ukazuje nam szarżę Aleksandra Wielkiego na Dariusza III i jego przybocznych. Na tej scenie możemy podziwiać Królewski Rydwan i Króla Królów oddanych z doskonałymi szczegółami i w pełnej gamie kolorów. To bardzo inspirujący fragment pięknego i starożytnego dzieła. I wielce przydatny dla modelarza :)

When I finished the Royal Chariot I was giving my Persian army more attack strength. Especially against the heavy infantry. The Royal Chariot will replace my general's cavalry element (see "Huvaka" article).

I was choosing the palette of colours inspired by ancient Roman mosaic which showing battle of Issos or Gaugamela. It's the moment when Alexander the Great is charging to attack Darius III and his bodyguards. At this scene we can see the Royal Chariot and King of the Kings with fine and colourful details. It's very inspiring part of beautiful and ancient art. And very useful for modeler :)
