Today I played in DBA tournament at "Grenadier" wargame gamesday event. But I looked up the Ambush Alley scenario at neighbouring table. The action took place somewhere in Africa. I must confess that I'm impressed by this skirmish system. I think that I had to start new painting project :) Please look at some photos from today:

Bardzo ładnie te fotki wyszły !
Już chyba czas szykować na Czerwiec coś "dużego" u bnk. na Bemowie - do tego czasu skończy stół oraz jakieś tereny. Więc jakieś 2 vs 2 lub 3 vs 3 będziemy mogli zagrać. Nie wykluczam też wcześniej gier mniejszych u kogoś (np u mnie na chacie) więc panowie do usłyszenia!

Actually it was Iraq/Afghanistan game, but Yori was involved with DBA tournament... so he couldn't know all about the action on our table :)
It was an engagement between USMC and Local Arab Mixed Force (irregular villagers/insurgents + regular fedayeen bodyguards of Mullah Shah - local fanatic leader, connected with Al-Queda and involved with many acts of terror against US troops in that region). Classical hit & run game with plenty of bloody action :)
Szkoda Grenadiera - nam niestety nie udało się wpaść, ale dobrze że tyle zdjęć, chociaż pooglądać u Ciebie na blogu możemy. Niestety, impreza odbywała się w takich dniach, że nie bardzo mogliśmy, a szkoda... turniej DBA udał się, jak sądzę? Piękne armie na zdjęciach widzę uwiecznione :)
Wszystko się udało i na długo pozostanie w pamięci. Szkoda, że Was nie było!
Faktycznie to był Irak/Afganistan. Ale nie będę sprostowywał. Niech moja pomyłka będzie nauczką, że nie warto łapać dwie sroki za ogon :)
